TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, established on December 13th, we inform you that personal data provided voluntarily by an individual participant through entry forms for prize draws or communication with the Club, as well as data provided for development, implementation and delivery, will be included in automated files and manuals owned by Valencia Club de Futbol SAD (hereinafter ‘The Club’), located at Plaza Valencia CF, No. 2, 46010 Valencia. The participant expressly gives consent to the Club to process and record data in their files. Failure by the participant to provide personal data will prevent their participation in draws/promotions and communications. The questions on this form have been answered willingly and accurately, truthfully and completely, with the participant the only person responsible for any damage –directly or indirectly- or loss which may be caused to Club or third parties as a result of having provided false or inaccurate data. In this case, the Club would be exonerated of any and all responsibility.
The purpose of the processing of participants’ personal data is to oversee their participation in draws, promotions, communications or publications of the results of draws and promotions, to comply with legal obligations or other measures that may be applicable in relation to the draw, as well as to allow for precise communications of the award to the winner or any alternate, and for the completion and submission of commercial and advertising communications about the activities, products, services, offers, promotions and news from the Club or its partners (a list of which is available at http://www.valenciacf.com/ver/37585/valencia-club-de-futbol-partners.html). In no event shall the Club provide third parties with personal information without consent. The participant expressly authorises the sending of advertising or promotional communications by mail, telephone, SMS, email or other equivalent means of electronic communication, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11th, for Societal Information and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICE).
Participants may exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the processing of personal data under the terms established in the legislation, as well as request to stop receiving commercial and/or advertising communications, by writing to Valencia Club Futbol SAD, located at Plaza Valencia CF, No. 2, 46010 Valencia, or via email at info@valenciacf.es with reference to the Protection of Personal Data. Communications must be accompanied by a copy of a national identity card, passport or valid official identification document.
