Parejo levels up with Kempes and Vidagany on 245 official appearances

Valencia CF captain occupies the 45th place in VCF's historic chart and he is coming closer to Valencia legends, Eizaguirre, Ayala and Epi.


Valencia CF midfielder Dani Parejo levelled up with a Valencia CF legend, Argentine international and World Cup champion such as Mario Alberto Kempes (1976-77 a 1983-84 season) and Francisco Vidagany( 1963-64 a 1973-74) in his seventh season which means that he is the most experienced player in the squad. Parejo lies in 45th position in Valencia CF’s historic chart, he has 185 LaLiga appearances to his name.

He made his LaLiga debut on the 15th of October 2011 at the former Iberostar Estadi against Mallorca. He has scored 30 goals, he got off the mark in his second season following a move from Getafe, and he scored in Valencia CF’s comprehensive victory over Malaga CF by 5-1.

Parejo has 16 Champions League appearances and has scored 1 goal in the qualifying stage against Monaco 3-1 on the other hand, he has 19 Europa League appearances and has two goals to his name against Rapid Wien and Swansea.
